I love bananas, but not foods or drinks that are banana-flavored.
I hate (raw) tomatoes, but I like salsa, ketchup, marinara and pizza sauce, and dishes with tomatoes cooked in them.
Cooked carrots make me gag, but I eat raw, baby carrots every day.
Um.
That's all I've got today, Internets. Happy Friday.

i hear ya on the banana thing. the rest is just weird.
That made me giggle.
I think if I drank with you, I'd end up with wine up my nose.
In fact, I think if i hung around you sober, I'd probably laugh so much I drooled.
I'm the same way with bananas, but I'll go one more: I will ONLY eat a banana on the hour of the day that it's perfectly ripe. An hour either way and, off with its head - into the garbage. (Did you know dogs won't eat bananas?)
Abigail's mom.
All you've got is more than me.
(I love all those foods.)
(Well, not love. Like will do.)
This has nothing to do with your post - somehow I think you will let me get away with that.
I am watching Friends as I type, and it is the one where they are in the Caribbean and Joey and Rachel reveal their feelings. And then I get mad because of the way they built that story line up and then crapped all over it by not letting them actually get together.
And then I get mad because of my reaction to a sitcom and wonder if anyone else agrees with me.
p.s. - I'm drunk on a bottle of wine right now, please excuse.
I don't like fake banana flavor, either, and cooked carrots are pretty low on my list. I understand you.
Kat, I know. I can't help it, though.
Ashley, I'm sorry! I can't help it, though. Hee.
Abigail's mom, I'm the same way with bananas. I can't eat them if they're too soft and I can't eat them if they're too hard. That's what she said.
Peefer, love and like are almost the same only not really. I don't know what I'm saying.
GSR, BEST. COMMENT. EVER. You're right, though . . . they spent so much time on that storyline and then NOTHING HAPPENED and things went back to normal like NOTHING HAPPENED. I'm not drunk on anything right now, except maybe indignation.
mg! I can eat cooked carrots if they're not too mushy. If they're mushy, though, I throw them on the floor and refuse to eat them.
I totally agree with you on tomatoes. That's so weird. And I'm the exact opposite when it comes to bananas: hate bananas, love banana-flavored stuff.
I am neutral on carrots.
Wow, all three of those facts apply to me exactly.
